[Hrgeeks] Dumb question about email/spam

Is there a way to prevent an MX from recieving spam that is 'MAIL FROM' your address and 'RCPT TO' your address?  80% of the spam I get now is in this category, relayed from our wonderful friends in Brazil and China.

I tried using Postfix's reject_sender_mismatch, but I don't think I'm using it right, because when it's on, *I* can't send mail (via AUTH TLS, etc.).
While that does stop the problem, it definitely is a sub-optimal solution.

Any suggestions?  Is reject_sender_mismatch what I need, but i'm just doing it wrong?
