[Hrgeeks] Thin PCs

Ahh I guess I didn't explain how I was planning on mounting everything.
So my kitchen has an odd dead space in the corner where the cabinets
meet. Its about 12" D x 12" L x 24" H with an electrical outlet
directly below. Both the stove and sink are a couple of feet away on
each side. I'm considering building a shelf inside that space to put
the computer on or finding one that has a mounting bracket for the
wall. The computer would then be up and away the counter and water
sources. The touch screen would also be mounted in the same area on
some sort of hinged contraption so that it could fold up and out of
the way when not in use.
I'm kinda leaning towards this:
http://www.chippc.com/company/index.asp?p=plugpc and just getting a
USB Wireless NIC and booting off a USB flash drive.
