Interesting... seems more of a professional organization than anything  
else. I get the idea, but I feel the same about these as I do about  
[insert minority] history month, self segregation is still segregation.

Might want to extend a hand, all the same. Sort of a "hey, we're here."

Who's the most diplomatic person we have? ;)
