[Hrgeeks] EXCHANGE 2003 HELP NEEDED

I would have to ask some questions to troubleshoot it
1. Did the setup ever work, if so when did it stop, what was happening then.
2. Check network connectivity between the two ping, tracert etc
3. Has FW policy/acls been updated or changed if so rollback. sometime the acls blocking internet access get fat fingered and block trusted domains etc.
4. recheck the policies on the server themselves
There is alot to consider, but these things I would make sure I look at first, if all checks well there call MS themselves no sense in paying for a commercial product like Exchange if your not getting the support, otherwise might as well be using Qmail-LDAP.

Hey Y'all,
I have a coworker that has an issue w/Exchange 2003, as to where she cannot see the Global Address Lists across two domains, which have been trusted with each other.
I know this description maybe vague, but any help here would be hot!
Thanks in advance.
Scott
