you may want to propose a place and time for an unofficial meetup,
maybe take non-required but appreciated RSVP's on a Google Docs
Spreadsheet Form just to get an approximate headcount.

If people wanna go, they will, if not, they won't.  nothing to stop us
from doing additional "unofficial" stuff.  If I'm available that
friday night (I might/might not be) I might go.

Oh, and 2600 at the pembroke mall food court around 6-7 (can't
remember) first friday of the month.  fewer people but still a good
group of people.
