While I wait (and wait) for some large VM's to copy...

I've got a P3 touchscreen tablet computer (Viewsonic). Battery life isn't 
great, but it's up for use at the space. It has 802.11b. It would be ideal 
if someone were to find or pickup a barcode scanner (laser based is better 
than say, a cuecat) and maybe do an inventory thing for the fridge? We 
don't want to mount stuff to the fridge, but perhaps a podium thing next 
to it?

Another idea for the website would be an RSVP system, so when events are 
slated to go down people can easily RSVP.

Lastly, google voice. The lab has a google voice number I think. There was 
talk of doing a message passer thing to allow people to SMS cordinates to 
the skill crane, so passerby's can play the game. Does this warrant a 
separate #, or is the lab one good?
