[757labs] Mailserver Preferences?

+1 for Postfix;  If this is RH/Fedora, you can pretty much just rpm -e 
sendmail && yum install postfix.  Definitely makes it more fun when we 
decide to add stuff like Postgrey, SMTP AUTH, etc. later.
