[757labs] Mailserver Preferences?

Postfix is the way to go.  Postfix + Dovecot = easy and clean for SMTP(s) + IMAP all over AUTHTLS.
I can set it up if need be.  Most of the other geeks around have more experience with postfix than sendmail as well
