[757labs] Honeywell / Northern Computers board

I bought the proper power supply for the Northern Computers board, and it 
fires up fine. A bunch of relays click and it kind of walks through the 
LEDs.

Still will want to replace those bad diodes, of course.
And maybe add brighter LEDs. :-)
