No. The floor needs to be cleaned. I'm not sure if we are going to seal it 
and then wax it and buff it. It isn't a requiremenet. We're pretty low 
traffic. I dunno.

She said the prior person had her strip it, and did not want it waxed. She 
said it would look good without it.

I don't know what the service life of a waxing is, before it has to be 
stripped, or re-done.

My thoughts were clean it and go.
