[757labs] Ruby Group

Talked with Ken and he's excited about the space. He's asking for a
list of things we need (we should get this together and pass it around
to everyone anyway). He's also interested in moving 757 Studio and the
ruby users group to the space once it's cleaned up. I think top
priority for this and lightning/ignite talks should be get to some
seating and finish up the first round of A/V setup (maybe not fully
AMX'd but at least working with a cable sitting on the table). Then
while that's rocking we can get the back area cleaned and painted and
ready for more serious project work. Thoughts?
