So, we've been talking about possible data to collect about the lab so here's a little thread all about that.

What to collect
- environmental data (temp, humidity, air quality, etc)
- power consumption (draw, etc)
- people data (who's in the lab... maybe not by name)
- last.fm (just thinking this could be fun to tie song in with some other data like power usage when ethan is blasting the techno and all the lights :P)
- messages / minute in IRC channel

How to log it
CSV is probably the best bet i guess. Not sure how public we want to make it.

Is MattD on this list? I know he likes this stuff.

Anyone else have thoughts?
