Bought a 30' HDMI to HDMI cable to go from plasma to switcher.

Bought a 30' VGA cable to go from projector down the wall. Or was it 40'.

Heard there are issues with the long ass DVI/HDMI runs. Hmmm. Not sure of
the fix. Fiber optic / DVI solutions seem to be bank. Might do a switch on
the projector side and run another dvi cable down the wall or something.

Lowballed on 3 touchscreens with composite video, wall mount type. Still
no pimp AXT-CV10 units cheap on ebay.

I've got the RS485 things, will bring them to lab.

Will bring the 1st part of the 12' LED scroller for arduino hacking. We
made progress with this before. I think it'd be rad to have it doing a
spectrum analyzer from XMMS? In addition to the text stuff.

What else....

Words spreading pretty quickly about the lab.

How was lighting for the meeting? I've got this track light halogen MR16
thing Count gave me, maybe it can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. We'll
have to look. It would give up 5 spots pointing down onto the table. I've
got two of them (from him) so that's 10 I think.

Need like 200' of lamp cord or something to use as speaker wire.

Oh yea, and need to figure out bank account stuff so we can start
accepting $$$ to help cover some of it.

Going to meet cox today I think at the space to get the modem fixed. Keep
hanging.

Probably want to copy off the skeeball code from the rack mount PC
upstairs, and then do a re-install and get something on there with some
multimedia capability. Maybe swap the HDD out for a 250GB one as well, so
there is room for some stored content.

Other stuff to follow.
