Yeah. Maybe private storage for the first X members (let them choose who to pass it on to if they leave)?

Clean up your shit is a must - especially on work surfaces. Maybe get some of those plastic storage bins and be like "if you put your shit in here all messy that's fine, just make sure it fits in the box".

Yeah, would be nice. I don't mind the mopping bit but would get annoying if we all get stuck doing the same thing every week or whatever.
